in thirty minutes, i am leaving for peru. i am getting incredibly anxious, long flights are the best for me. I can barely handle flying to Maryland. however, i am very excited and extremely grateful for this opportunity to go to a third world country and work in an orphanage. it will be an extremely humbling experience. there are so many things in life that too many people are taking for granted, like carpet, flushing toilets, clean water, parents, and so much more. I know that I personally have abused the simple gifts i was given. so, today i am so grateful for all that i have. pictures coming. give me two weeks.
